My job is to bring confidence to business Owners, Leaders and Managers by developing effective people strategies and meeting legal obligations to employees with experienced, qualified and tailored Human Resources solutions.

I have a passion for enabling Leaders, Managers and HR practitioners to build their capability to effectively serve their business and remain agile as the organisation grows.

 

With extensive generalist Human Resources experience gathered during roles across Australasia, I have worked in industries such as oil and gas, agriculture, retail, manufacturing, non-for-profit, health education, tourism and recruitment. This broad experience with entrepreneurial start-ups, private and publicly listed multinationals, family businesses, Government, small businesses and large, has made me versatile, adaptable and commercially minded.

As an Executive Coach, I am genuinely curious about people, wanting to understand how our unique talents drive performance. Having experienced first-hand the impact of having a coach, I trained with the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership and Gallup to better appreciate the influence our innate talents and strengths have on our career and personal success.
